Paulding Fine Arts Association and the Merchants of Dallas invite you to our family festival on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Dallas, Georgia, held rain or shine. The festival will be on beautiful Main Street in Historic Downtown Dallas GA - The Heart of Paulding. Festival Hours are 10 am to 4 pm. Check out the Local Arts and crafts, Food trucks, Children's activities, Live entertainment on TWO stages, and much more! Celebrate community involvement, the fine arts and joys of fall!

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Are there Restrooms at the festival?
YES, Restrooms are available during the festival on the 2nd floor of the Historic Courthouse (take elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor).
They are also available on the main floor of the Historic Courthouse at the end of the hall on the left past the GHC Library. We also have Port-a-Potties outside.

Do you allow more than one of each Corporate/Informational booths?
NO, only one of each Corporate/Informational booth. For example, only one Mary Kay booth. Whomever sends in their application & check first gets a booth for that type vendor. If you didn't get in this year, send in application earlier next year. We do allow as many booths with hand made items as possible though.

Are dogs allowed?
YES, Friendly dogs on leashes that can handle noise, crowds, and young children are allowed. Owners must clean up after their pets. After the festival you might want to check out the Dog Park in Dallas.

Are there Children's Activies?
YES, We have Face painting, Bounce house, Bouce slide, Corn hole games, Music, Balloon lady, Sweet Pea & Markey the Clown, Paint station and more.

In case of RAIN, do you reschedule the festival and reimburse booth fees?
NO, the festival proceeds rain or shine.

Do you have any suggestions for FIRST TIME Vendors?
YES, Be prepared; Have all items in bins that can easily be unloaded and loaded; Bring business cards; Put price tags on all items; Be prepared to take credit cards; Bring weights to hold down tents in case of wind; Bring sides for tent in case of rain; Check your email for updates and special vendor directions and parking; Stay hydrated; Stand and Interact with customers, SMILE, and Have FUN!

Historic Courthouse Gallery - Home of Paulding Fine Arts
During the festival, go inside the OLD Courthouse and visit the Historic Courthouse Gallery on the second floor and see the Juried Art Competition Art Exhibit; check out the Artist studios, Courtroom Gallery and Gift Shop.

Booth Fees
Booth fees are $20 for PFAA members and $40 - $70 depending on type of vendor for non-members. 10 ft x 10 ft spaces are available for exhibitors interested in displaying and selling their works. This Fall Fest will provide a venue for both artists and crafts persons to display and sell their work. Art work and crafts must be original by the artist or crafts person. The booth fee is a donation to Paulding Fine Arts Association.


Volunteers Needed
IF you would like to be a VOLUNTEER at the Fall Fest, contact us
and let us know what time you can help. We need help setting up,
breaking down, cleaning up, booth sitting, handing out packets & water, etc. Volunteers receive a FREE Fall Fest t-shirt too!
If you can help volunteer anytime from 6 am - 6 pm, contact us.
